Most of the foods served at Applebee's restaurants are high in sodium. I like to think that when you go to Apple Bee's the staff will fit a certain demographic. Well with that being said this particular establishment had an obese women with a buzz cut running the bar and my waitress was a hefty 40 something with a bulldog face. I really hope corporate visits this location and cleans house. You locals are so clueless.

We've eaten here a number of times over the last four months. During his time, the size of the portions have been miniaturized. The prices seem to go up and you get less. The food seems to get colder, too. This is sad. We ate at Applebee's elsewhere and always had a wonderful experience.

Finally! A place in Santa Fe that is not overpriced with bad food and bad service. I hate to say this but aside from The Cowgirl and Backroad Pizza, Applebee's has been the ONLY restaurant in Santa Fe that I haven't been embarrassed about taking my parents to. They are from out of town and unfortunately every place I have taken them to besides the ones listed above, have been horrible! Our experience at Applebee's was wonderful! We arrived around 6pm on a Saturday night. We were seated quickly, had a friendly and attentive waiter, plus good food. I will be taking them back!

MMM, where do I start. 1. the rude waitress 2. my overcooked meal 3. my rude waitress. Ok Ok I will start with my rude waitress. Do they not have any kind of edicate training for their wait staff? I have eaten at other apple bees and have loved-loved it. Well maybe my waitress was having a bad day so i won't go into all the wonderful opinions that she shared with me about SAnta Fe and other establishments in Santa Fe.

The menu pictures were misleading. Half the plate was under-cooked broccoli. We politely explained the stark differences. The waitress, rather than helpful, just said "you're the first person to EVER complain" and raged off. She took it personal--she didn't cook the food. She stormed back, literally dumped the new food on the table, and asked another employee to cover us. I remain in disbelief that Applebees was one of the only places open on a Thursday late night in the CAPITAL city. Not to mention the Governor was there...LAME! Albuquerque was way better.

Had really great food and service tonight. Food was cooked exactly how we asked and our server, Toni, was just fantastic. She was super friendly and attentive. And don't get me started on desert. Warm and gooey and I gained about 10 lbs just looking at it.

I am beyond upset with this place. We transport cars to this area all the time and we come here every time we are in town and this past time was HORRIBLE!!!!! First I think our server forgot to put our order in. We got our cheese sticks, I asked for ranch and it never showed up. The reason I believe our food was forgotten was because a table set 10 minutes after us got their food first. Second the waiter didn't even bring us our food, the manager did.... Third, the waiter kept avoiding our table because of his mess up... Dude. I have been a waitress, people are way more up to give u a break and be understanding if you tell them what's going on.... Last but not least, when we asked for our check, I also asked for a to go box and the kid forgot that too. I understand being busy, but tonight was not a crazy but night. Not to mention we where told about a discount and the server forgot to do that too...

Placed an online order. My card was declined. Called and placed the order instead and my card magically worked at the restaurant. Very simple order. Potstickers and a burger, to go. Side of mayo and ketchup. Not difficult. Got to my car and no ketchup or mayo. Went back in to get it. When I got back to my hotel I realized they didn't even bother to give me napkins or forks. I specifically asked for this stuff too because I said I was staying at the La Quinta. I could have looked past all that but my burger was the most disgusting thing I've ever put it my mouth. It was so dry that chunks of meat starting falling off, much to the delight of my dogs.

Had a late dinner here, there were a ton of people waiting but there were lots of tables opened. We sat down and ordered appatizers and some food. They came out pretty quick but after that we never saw our waitress. We ate some spicy food so our drinks were done quick and no refills. When we finally saw the waitress we asked for refills, did we get them? No we ended up paying and leaving. Not very good service. We definitely will not be back.

Had lunch here today. I've always loved eating at Applebee's but today I was very disappointed. It took almost 10 mins for the server to ask us what we wanted to drink. Then I ordered the salmon and I understand it's grilled but it was so burnt that it tasted like charcoal not to mention it was hard. The green on the side were soggy and lacked any sort of flavor. The server was ok up until he saw the $10 tip I left. Then he was all smiles and have a great day after that. Some may ask why leave a $10 tip? I work at a restaurant and it's hard to stay happy and positive when some of the guests are rude as hell. So I figured I'd at least try to make his day a little better

After spending an afternoon at the outlet shops we decided to grab a bite to eat before heading back to ABQ. The kids chose Applebee's out of all the nearby restaurants recommended by Yelp. We arrived to find the place pretty crowded which is what one should expect for a Saturday evening. We had to wait for about 20 minutes, most of which we spent standing up since there was not a lot of seating for those like us who were waiting to be seated. First impressions while waiting weren't the best because the waiting area was littered with trash (napkins, crayons, gift card sleeves). After we were seated and for the duration of our stay we could not escape an unpleasant cold draft that would drift in each time someone entered of exited the building even though we were 20 feet fr the door. The clutter I experienced in the waiting area was also present in the bathrooms and in the kitchen area I passed while walking to the bathroom. Overall, the servers and greeters were friendly and the food was above average. My chicken and shrimp tequila dish was tasty but a bit sloppy with too much sauce as well as peppers and rice that were mixed together when they should have been on separate areas of the plate. We fed a family of 5 for about $55 which included a 22 oz beer and a dessert that we all shared. Not bad but we've experienced better.

The food here is really bland, the service is ok at best, and the drinks and food are way over priced. Only came here because the kids pestered until they got their way and then they didn't even eat. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Nice place! My turkey club was great and waitress was friendly. Price was also OK and I'm glad I had it!

Just got appetizers, the nachos are not nearly as good as they used to be. They put a chili on them and it is just ok. The sampler is still really good. The boneless buffalo wings are still the best thing about Applebees. The new cookie desert is really good.
